Do food detox, like eat only fruits, set a small goal, like, eat only fruits for 3 days, 7 days, 30 days. Be vegetarian. Don't steal. Don't do sexual misconduct. Don't lie, don't use abusive language, don't cause division between people, don't talk idle. Don't drink alcohol or drugs or smoke. Keep putting effort, it will take time. Do meditation (very important). Help others, what you have, you give. Exercise, running, swimming, anything. Get physically strong. If you are fat, then lose the weight, get in shape. Be honest, to others and yourself. If you need help, seek help, don't try to solve problem alone, everyone wants to help you. Meet a doctor. Get out and meet people, go to yoga classes, to places, don't just stay home. Think what you want to do and do it, don't just wish. Everything is impermanence, it will change, suffering and happiness comes and goes, it's just normal. If you don't have a partner, be open to love and friendship. You can still meditate and walk on the path to nibbana after having a partner.
